From research and naming to the final identity applications. Catalar is not only selling food on the street, but it is aimed at tourists and wants to enhance the Catalan gastronomic culture and wants to expand it to all those who visit Barcelona, make them understand that gastronomic Catalan culture goes beyond the paella and sangria. There is a story behind that Catalar wants to explain to tourist while they are enjoying the Catalan cuisine.
